What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are payment in advance. We do not offer credit terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via ACH, wire transfer and credit card through Stripe (please note that a 3% fee will be applied for credit card payments). International payments can only be fulfilled via wire transfer.
What is your return policy for defective product?
We accept returns for defective product. We request that you send a picture of the defective product in question so we can assess accordingly and authorize a return. We will replace with non-defective product or issue a refund. Defective claims must be brought to our attention on the day of receipt and noted on the bill of lading.
What is your policy for shortages?
All shortages must be communicated on the day of receipt and duly noted on the bill of lading. MESLO Americas will be responsible to fulfill the balance of the order due.
What is your policy for products shipped in error?
Any products shipped in error must be communicated within 48 hours of time of receipt. MESLO Americas will be responsible for the costs of shipping those goods back and replacing them with the correct product.
Where are you located?
Our headquarters is located at 22287 Mulholland Highway, Suite 640, Calabasas, CA, 91302. Our warehouse is located at 10629 Forest Street, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670.

We are committed to a timely response. We will reach out to you on the same day you contact us.
Where do your products ship from?
Our products ship from our warehouse in Santa Fe Springs, California. We also ship directly from our manufacturer in China as well as the UK.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is simply 1 case. Please see our product offerings for case breakdown by item.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once payment is received, your order will typically ship 1-2 days later. For orders being fulfilled from overseas, time frames can vary. Please note that delays can occur outside of our control and should there be any delays, you will be regularly updated on the status of your delivery time.
How can I ensure a steady stream of supply?
MESLO Americas offers the option of a Vendor Owner Program (VOP) whereby orders are fulfilled & delivered at agreed point in time (e.g. delivery every Friday). We understand that needs can change and we can adjust accordingly as need be. Please see our section on VOP for further details.

How do I make changes to an existing order?
You can email us at USinfo@meslo.com to update us on any changes you want made to your order. Please note that we cannot make any changes once your product has shipped. If you require an additional supply, we would need to create a new order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. MESLO Americas ships all over the world using a variety of partners including UPS, FedEx and various freight forwarders. You can set up your own freight should you prefer.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order. MESLO Americas will provide you with a free, no commitment freight quote for your convenience and consideration.
